Then the job as Administrative Project Coordinator in Rare Disease & Advanced Therapies might be the perfect fit for you. We are currently looking for two new project coordinators to join our teams within Rare Blood Disorders and Rare Bleeding Disorders portfolios. Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The position You will be an integral part of our team driving assigned projects and supporting the Portfolio Vice President with a wide range of tasks such as: Arranging project team meetings – including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, slide decks and follow-up on actions Maintaining project budgets, consolidating budget input from different R&D areas and following up on actual project costs Driving (monthly) project reporting, e.g., executive summaries, key deliverables, gates and maturity markers Defining and building project plans as well as optimizing and tracking a range of project activities Preparing communication material (e.g., governance materials such as pre-reads and presentations) ensuring high quality in materials across the project You will work with highly engaged colleagues across the full value chain, every one of them dedicated to creating better treatments and care for people with debilitating rare diseases with a significant unmet medical need. Qualifications To qualify for this position, you are first of all passionate about numbers, systems, and structure, and you thrive in a dynamic environment with a change-ready mindset. We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: Several years of experience in a similar role supporting complex projects with administrative tasks A natural talent for working in different IT systems (e.g., SAP, Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project) Knowledge and understanding of project management, and you have the ability to collect and consolidate input and information from multiple resources into project documents and reports Experience working with complex budgets Fluent in oral and written English As a person you excel at maintaining a great overview without losing the sense of details, and you are not afraid of any obstacle that may come in your way. Independent initiative and decision-making skills – in collaboration with the Portfolio Vice President – are a necessity for succeeding in the role. Problem-solving is everyday life to you and you can work independently in a busy environment with a proactive approach, and you know that good communication is the key to success with your stakeholders. You can manage deadlines and work with multiple and frequently changing priorities using good collaboration skills and a sense of humour. You possess flexibility towards cooperation in teams, both in the project team(s) and the portfolio team. About the department You will join an expanding and dynamic portfolio team with responsibility for development of projects within rare blood disorders.
