The position As a Project Lead in Development Capacity and Capability Planning, you will drive the execution and roll-out of a high-impact project focused on strengthen internal project prioritisation and drive the build of a system that will deliver strategic resource transparency to senior leaders across Development. The position is an outcome of a project, and since this position is an addition to the team, you will have the opportunity to impact and develop the role together with the Manager and the senior sponsors. Qualifications Your qualifications include: Master in a relevant field combined with 6-7 years of project management experience
You have excellent project management skills and have a proven track record of driving complex projects
You have strong communication skills and are capable of effectively structuring material to allow easy decision making
You have experience in collaborating successfully with many different stakeholders across functions and at different organisational levels, including senior level management
You have strong analytical skills

Development is an Executive Vice President area in Novo Nordisk with the responsibility of developing and maturing innovative treatment solutions in the form of drugs, devices, and digital companions to improve lives of people with diabetes and other serious chronic diseases, with a strong ambition to be the best in the world at doing this. To support the growth of the EVP area, a new team – Development Capacity and Capability Planning - has been established to support the Development organisation on analyses, projects and recommendations on organisational capacity and capability considerations. The position provides an exciting learning and career opportunity, as you will be joining a fast-growing team working with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. We are currently a small but expanding team with an informal atmosphere, high psychological safety and an emphasis on having an engaging working environment with strong collaboration and sparring, ensuring that we together deliver strong results.
