Are you passionate about inspiring others to work efficiently with automation technologies in large and complex organizations? If so, we are looking for a Digitalisation Partner to enable and empower Product Supply to navigate in the Process Automation space.. The position We are looking for two new colleagues with a passion for accelerating the professional usage of all aspects of the Microsoft Power Platform across Product Supply. You will be part of a strong technical team, delivering digital solutions for complex processes to our colleagues and pushing the Power Platform to its maximal potential. Your key effort will be used to assist Line of Business with understanding the opportunities within Process Automation and eventually consult them in building their own development teams based on best practices from the centralised team. Your main responsibility will be to: Be a pro-active and close partner to the Product Supply Line of Business to continuously increase their automation maturity Inspire across Product Supply with technological opportunities, ways of working and efficient compliance processes. Contribute actively across the internal team with concrete insights from internal and external experiences. Work closely with business users to understand their needs and provide guidance on how and when to use automation technologies. Drive activities related to sustaining and realizing shared goals in the Process Automation Enablement, including identifying new use cases and experimenting with new features on the Power Platform. You will report to the Head of Process Automation Partnering & Piloting, Morten Mollyhus. The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark. Qualifications We are looking for a team player, who is motivated by helping and motivating others. You thrive in an agile and dynamic environment, where priorities change rapidly. We expect that you have: M.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant field Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully supporting or building teams working with Process Automation. Strong knowledge of automation technologies, preferably with the Microsoft Power Platform. Experience with agile development methodologies and project management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for automation solutions in regulated industries, such as pharma, healthcare or finance As a person you are an ambitious and innovative team player who has a result-oriented way of working. You approach tasks with a high degree of structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude. You have a flair for collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. The role is part of the Process Automation Enablement area in PS Technology Foundation and Transformation which is responsible for pushing the usage of Automation technologies to the fullest.
