The Business Platforms organization is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technologies to improve the customer’s experience with personalized and automated end-to-end digital journeys, that enable Maersk customers to access standardized products and services seamlessly. The Platforms help enable Maersk’s vision to be the Global Integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying customers’ supply chains.

The Supply Chain Business platform organization is looking for a program manager who will closely work with our product, technology, and implementation organization to orchestrate customer migration from legacy to our new platform.

As a Program Manager, you will be defining and coordinating activities to reach system ready state to start customer onboarding. You would also be the bridge between the implementation and product team during the customer onboarding process to bubble up any last-minute tweaking or development that needs to be done to unblock customer migration. Customer migration is very high on the agenda now and for the next three years, you will transition gradually towards new customer onboarding over time.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Work with the transformation team to build and execute the plan to migrate a customer from legacy to SCM platform
  • Drive pre-migration activity to de-risk customer migration
  • Work with technology stakeholders to align the program milestones to platform readiness
  • Act as the custodian of our platform roadmap to make sure it reflects the latest Drive cross-platform dependencies working with other platform counterparts

Required Skills and Exp:

  • Experience in program/project managing large scale customer migration Demonstrate excellent project management skills
  • Ability to simplify a complex problem and communicate with clarity
  • Attention to details
  • Analytical program solver
  • Very good at planning, more importantly, adapting to changes in the plan
