What’s the role about?
You will join our Operational Technology team which is part of our Digital, Data and IT community in Novo Nordisk. The team is responsible for implementing, developing , supporting, and maintaining a newly developed SCADA system across our production sites globally in Novo Nordisk. The position is based in Bagsværd (Denmark) but with colleagues across the worlds, you will have a global career path and potential international development opportunities.
As a Scrum Master in Operational Technology, you will become a key member of one of our agile teams in our “eSCADA Agile Release Train”

What’s the role about?
You will join our Operational Technology team which is part of our Digital, Data and IT community in Novo Nordisk. As a Scrum Master in Operational Technology, you will become a key member of one of our agile teams in our “eSCADA Agile Release Train”
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- provide collaborative leadership by applying Agile practices and to help team members embrace and practice the values and principles of Agile
- drive the continuous improvement in the team, create a learning environment, and ensure learnings are shared with other teams
- collaborate with the Product Owner and entire Agile team in their efforts to facilitate team dynamics within the team
- ensure to fill, prioritise, and manage the backlog in close collaboration with the Product Owner
- work with the team and other stakeholders to help solve impediments and maintaining relevant team metrics and follow-up on team measurements.
Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the following skills and experiences:
- M.Sc. in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related fields
- 5 years or more of experience with Digital, Data and IT projects including project management and/or Scrum Master experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master in large transformational projects or in large international organisations
- Fluency in in both verbal and written English
- Preferably experience in SAFe
- Experience within production processes, SCADA/Automation, GxP/validation will be a plus, but is not required
