The position
You will be part of the cLEAN® & Digital Transformation team, where the common thread is supporting the business with solutions that continuously improve performance across the site. LEAN partners are responsible for enabling and inspiring the site in Bagsvaerd (IFP BA) to "live cLEAN®" by driving improvements and optimizations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Setting the strategic direction for LEAN in collaboration with management
Using LEAN to ensure sustainable improvements in a rapidly growing environment
Training and coaching leaders at all levels
Facilitating systematic problem-solving processes and value stream mapping
Teaching and coaching employees in LEAN principles and tools as part of our cLEAN Academy
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: BSc Degree or MSc Degree within Engineering, Supply Chain Management, business, or any other relevant field
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with LEAN and coaching others by challenging and providing insights and feedback
Excellent and documented knowledge of the LEAN toolbox gained either by LEAN Six Sigma certification and/ or experience
An improvement mindset combined with strategic skills
Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is highly advantageous
On a personal level, you are curious in understanding and optimising processes through shopfloor presence in collaboration with your key stakeholders. Your communication skills enable you to coach at all levels via feedback and reflection sessions. You enjoy finding new and smarter ways of doing things as well as challenging current ways of working.
Moreover, you see opportunities rather than limitations and can meet different needs of the customers in production.
About the department
In IFP Bagsværd, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients worldwide. You will be joining cLEAN® & Digital Transformation in IFP Bagsværd, which is anchored within Business Support, an area responsible for Projects, Supply Chain, Finance, Lean, Digitalization, Training, Facilities and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS).
The cLEAN & Digital Transformation (DX) team is responsible for supporting the site’s strategic aspirations with LEAN systems, tools and digitalisation initiatives that moves the organisation toward the Ideal State. We are currently 6 skilled and professional DX employees and 5 cLEAN partners. We are a high performing, international, and diverse team driven by exploring, digitalisation, process optimisation and solving complex business challenges.
