You will be a part of Product Supply, Quality, and IT (PSQIT) in Talent Acquisition Denmark (TADK). We are divided into three teams, and due to the growth, we need to establish yet another team. This team works dedicated towards specific PSQ SVP areas drives end-to-end recruitment (entry-level to managerial roles) provides great TA advisory and support to hiring managers on all levels and engages in value-adding relevant TA dialogues with HR Business Partners/lines of business. As a team leader, you will have a crucial role in setting direction, developing and managing your diverse team, and engaging with relevant stakeholders to support the line of business in the best possible way. You will be part of the TADK PSQIT leadership team and the extended TADK leadership team, and over time, you can expect to be involved in projects/tasks that will also benefit the wider TADK team. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Conducting 1:1 meetings, creating development plans, and performance talks with your team members Ensuring rightsizing of team to handle the forecasted volume Monitor workload and balance recruitment tasks across the team, peer teams, and other teams in TADK Identifying, chasing, and prioritizing optimization opportunities, such as bulking and projects across the organization Strengthen and optimize the collaboration with our RPO, be close to the line of business, and lead inclusively and respectfully by Novo Nordisk Way Qualifications
To succeed in the role you have: An academic degree in eg. HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication Several years of experience in a large organization with a complex stakeholder landscape, defined processes, and clear targets Previous experience in recruiting a broad variety of profiles would be a plus Preferably some leadership experience from a TA or HR environment or solid managerial background from other industries As an individual, you balance empathy with a focus on bringing value to the line of business through others. Managing complex tasks and reaching out to stakeholders to accomplish team goals is a natural part of your skill set. You thrive in coordination-related/operational tasks, create lasting relationships and value knowledge sharing. You have a demonstrated ability to flex between operations and development, coach others, spot improvement opportunities, and foster a collaborative environment About the Talent Acquisition department
In TADK we are 120 people and we hired 10000+ great talents to Novo Nordisk in 2023. We continue to right-size our teams based on recruitment volume forecasts to ensure that Novo Nordisk has the right talent at the right time. We are supported by sourcers (finding candidates) and administrators (managing systems and interview bookings) from AMS (our RPO) located outside Denmark. We are dedicated to driving processes that both ensure great candidate and hiring manager experiences. Our primary base is in Bagsværd, where you will mostly be, but your team members primarily work at the sites linked to their designated business area: production facilities, offices, or laboratories in primarily Bagsværd, Søborg, Hillerød, Kalundborg, Gentofte, Lyngby and Måløv. Since our team members are working from different sites, we have a focus on keeping in touch, sharing knowledge, and meeting regularly.
