Are you an expert in QC processes and equipment? Do you enjoy working with innovative solutions in an exciting project environment? The positions The Senior Project QC Professional will be part of a newly established department responsible for designing and establishing the QC module within the Fill & Finish Expansion scope. We are looking for someone with extensive QC knowledge, either in Microbiology and/or chemical analysis ideally with experience form CAPEX projects, who can take the lead. Although the role will be situated in Copenhagen Area, Denmark, it will integrate with the project teams at our site projects in Denmark, France, Brazil, and the US. Key responsibilities include:
  • Define design criteria, URS for equipment and prepare capacity analysis for the QC module.
  • Act as user responsible on the QC module in the engineering collaboration.
  • Close collaboration with the Quality Planning area to ensure coordinated validation planning.
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate project activities.
  • Communication with local QC counterparts around the world to collect input for the module design and to ensure buy-in for the solutions in the Fill & Finish Expansions Project.
    • Qualifications To succeed in this department, you should:
  • Have a relevant academic education, such as production, chemical or process engineering, pharmacy, biology, microbiology, or equivalent.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the QC area on a level where you can define requirements and innovative solutions within the area.
  • QC Method validation and QC equipment qualification experience will be an advantage.
  • Ideally have experience from other CAPEX projects
    • The ideal candidates for these roles should be able to communicate clearly and distinctly in English, both in written and spoken form. They should be known for their excellent collaboration skills and have a purposeful, determined approach to taking the lead on tasks. Additionally, the ideal candidates should enjoy new challenges and be eager to learn new things. About the department The QC module department in Future standards, Fill & Finished Expansion at Novo Nordisk is responsible for designing and establishing the QC module as the future standard in all Fill & Finished expansion projects to ensure delivery of Novo Nordisk products to more patients. The department will be staffed with highly qualified senior project managers and professionals who is there to design the QC module ready for innovative and efficient quality control processes. About the area You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 25.000 of Novo Nordisk’s +50.000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology.
