We are looking for a Problem Manager for our Operational Excellence team located in Denmark, who would be the main responsible for Problem Management with the guidance of the Product Owner of Operational Excellence.
Key responsibilities would include:
This role also brings the responsibility of ensuring that all the associated tasks are executed in compliance with internal and external regulations, quality requirements and completed according to the agreed objectives. Along with that, you will be engaging timely and effective communication to the Global stakeholders.
You will be part of a fully Agile global delivery team that continually focuses on developing, improving, and optimizing our operational stability. This will require you to be working closely with the rest of the delivery team composed by Major Incident Managers, Change Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and organizational colleagues

As a person, you can set direction and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation, translating strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities. You have excellent stakeholder management skills, structured and focused mindset together with high levels of Execution Power. Furthermore, you count with demonstrate agility and adapt quickly to changes, excellent interpersonal skills to navigate in a global organisation as well as strong analytical and networking skills.

We are looking for a Problem Manager for our Operational Excellence team located in Denmark, who would be the main responsible for Problem Management with the guidance of the Product Owner of Operational Excellence.

- process maintenance and optimisation
- driving the problems towards resolution in a more operational perspective.
- being the first point of contact for all the Problems in the organisation.
This role also brings the responsibility of ensuring that all the associated tasks are executed in compliance with internal and external regulations, quality requirements and completed according to the agreed objectives. Along with that, you will be engaging timely and effective communication to the Global stakeholders.
You will be part of a fully Agile global delivery team that continually focuses on developing, improving, and optimizing our operational stability. This will require you to be working closely with the rest of the delivery team composed by Major Incident Managers, Change Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and organizational colleagues
Do you have what it takes?
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have the following:
- Education M.Sc., BA, or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- ITIL Expert
- Strong quality and compliance mindset
- Knowledge in Core IT services and Agile methods
- Preferred enterprise IT experience and a broad IT technology knowledge
- 5+ years of experience with Problem management, Major Incident Management or similar
