The position

You will independently manage complex strategic projects within Global Solutions, and support and coach other project managers in a sparring partner role.

The main areas of responsibility include:

  • Drive performance within own projects and contribute significantly to the overall performance of Global Solutions
  • Define strategy, set direction, and execute within own projects and ensure alignment with other processes and activities in the value chain
  • Take full project ownership and successfully manage complex projects
  • Independently prepare project plans with clear milestones, delegate responsibilities and meet commitments to ensure high-quality output within budget
  • Manage and align with project-related stakeholders in terms of expectations and objectives, and anchor solutions with them in an efficient manner
  • Mentor, coach and inspire colleagues and support development of talents. Promote and enhance project management skills and tools across Global Solutions as well as team spirit and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree with equivalent job experience, preferably with commercial, economic, scientific, or engineering focus
  • +5 years of experience driving business transformation projects in a complex stakeholder landscape at a global level
  • Proven track record in budgeting and financial planning
  • Experience in analysing complex topics and change management
  • Proficient English both written and oral

You are flexible and welcome change with a curious and positive attitude and can set direction in business-critical processes. You come with an international mindset, a structured and independent approach to work as well as the ability to work and engage with team members.

Global Solutions was established as SVP area on August 1, 2022. We create value by enabling the business to grow through optimized and sustainable solutions within our four areas: Corporate Procurement, Corporate Facilities, Global Business Services and Novo Nordisk Conference Centres & Travel.
