About the Position

You will support two departments in Oral Finished Products (OFP) MDev and work closely together with two administrative colleagues. A major part of your tasks will be provided to you by the management team of seven managers:

Your responsibilities will be along the lines of:

  • Working with budgets and accounts - support with financial controlling at department level
  • Meeting coordination & scheduling
  • Support to the managers and employees in the 2 departments
  • HR processes as staff administration and onboarding of new employees
  • Archiving and secretary during audits and inspections

You will be a member of the OFPs Assistant Group which includes optimizing administrative processes across OFP and secure that tasks always are handled most effectively and in a timely manner. Qualifications

We are looking for a person with at least a few years of experience from the administrative field who also has:

  • Experience working with numbers and budgets
  • Previously worked with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • An interest in IT, digital platforms, apps, and electronic boards experience in archiving processes
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with HR processes

It is a requisite for the position that you are fluent in Danish and English and are located in Denmark.

As a person have a good sense of humour are structured and service minded. You have a "can-do" attitude, enjoy working in a fast pasted environment and being part of a dynamic team. You are self-motivated, work independently and are used to thinking two steps ahead while being a strong coordinator. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.

About the Departments

OFP MDev is a part of OFP in Novo Nordisk A/S located in Måløv. OFP MDev consists of 5 departments all based in Måløv. You will be assisting 2 departments: OFP MDev T&I and OFP MDev Support and Stability.

OFP MDev T&I consists of 20 highly dedicated employees working with Technology and innovation.

OFP MDev Support and Stability employs approximately 60 highly skilled and motivated employees with the missions to bring products from late development to market production, optimize the processes and products, support the production sites, document the stability for the products, and build up the documentation for authorities for new products and marketed products.
