About the department
As a Health and Safety Professional, you will be part of the dynamic and evolving Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS) production unit placed in Hillerød. DMS is responsible for manufacturing and sourcing of plastic components and devices to all Novo Nordisk production sites which next year reach +700 employees.
The position
You will be driving and coordinating H&S activities on different organizational levels and acts as support to management teams and their H&S representatives (OHRs).
You will closely work with Corporate VP Health & Safety Partner, who is responsible for setting direction for DMS H&S crucial initiatives.
Your areas of responsibilities will cover:
• Health & Safety Management tasks related to e.g. risk assessments, legislation, registration, incidents registration, investigation, workplace assessments and audits
• Risk Management tasks e.g. emergency plans
• Building together with H&S organization strong systems to develop safety culture and mindset in the organization (e.g. leading, coach or support projects and safety campaigns)
• Give support and act as advisor within fields like ergonomics, chemicals, indoor climate, machine safety or other subjects in collaboration with colleagues for EHS organization (OHRs and managers)
You will report to the Associate Manager of Circular Factory & EHS placed in Business Support department.
Qualifications and personal fit

You approach tasks with a positive attitude, consider multiple perspectives and deliver high-quality results. To succeed in this position, you should:
• Hold a relevant master’s degree or other relevant education
• Have professional experience in the field of Health and Safety
• Have knowledge about legislative requirements and standards like ISO14001 & ISO45001 and OHSAS 18001
• Be able to influence business objectives and strategic projects to reflect health and safety priorities.
• Have very good communication and stakeholder management
• Be fluent in both spoken and written Danish and English
