This position is based at our Head Quarter in Bagsværd Denmark.
About the Department
Our core purpose is to enable Novo Nordisk to attract, retain and reward the right people in the right place through sustainable, competitive, flexible and compliant reward practices.
In order to achieve this purpose, we have Total Rewards Partners like you along with a Rewards Development Team and the specialist areas covering Benefits, Mobility and Executive Compensation. The result is the creation of a truly global organization called Total Rewards & Mobility Center of Excellence (CoE) which we are all a part of. The CoE is manned by employees who are geographically dispersed; meaning we work as a virtual global team, with a footprint across all geographical regions, covering all areas.
The position
You will support a number of EVP/SVP areas with design and delivery of all the key rewards programmes in alignment with the Global Rewards Strategy and will report into the Head of Total Rewards for HQ&GBS.
You will be the single point of contact for the EVP/SVP areas you will support as a Sr. Total Rewards Partner and represent the Centre of Excellence (CoE). You will support the annual compensation review, total rewards matters linked to organisational changes and advise HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders. To succeed in this role it is important with well-established stakeholder management skills. You can be persuasive and stand your ground (also towards senior leaders) but at the same time be collaborative and understand the business perspectives.

Qualifications
We are expecting you to hold the below skills and knowledge:
- Master’s in Business Administration in Human Resources.
- 8+ years’ experience in the field of Rewards
- 3+ years’ experience in senior stakeholder management
- Experience in working with global teams an advantage
- Possess high level of integrity, personal drive and adaptability
- Demonstrate strategic insight and high level of maturity
- Can work very independently and has trust in own abilities to take decisions
